Your property reserve
The reserve is owner funds for approved property expenses. It is not a fee or earned revenue. The target is $1,000 per property.
The funding arrangement and use of reserve funds are subject to your written agreement and approved funds handling.
Contractors, materials and other approved property expenses are paid by the owner and may apply during vacancy.
Your quote and management agreement identify included services, responsibilities and exclusions.
Multiple units or unusual service needs may require a custom quote before work begins.
