Information we collect

When you submit an assessment, rental-estimate request, checklist request, maintenance report or contact form, we may collect your name, contact details, property location, property characteristics, management needs, timing, website attribution and the information you choose to provide.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, assess service fit, organize owner and property records, review and coordinate maintenance reports, understand website performance, prevent misuse and prepare follow-up. We do not automatically publish submitted property addresses or owner information.

Storage and service providers

Information may be stored in secured website systems and later processed by approved customer-relationship, email, analytics, scheduling or automation providers. Access should be limited to people and providers who need the information for these purposes.

Analytics and marketing

The website is prepared for analytics and advertising tools that may record page visits, campaign information and important conversion events. Any enabled tool should be disclosed and configured in line with applicable consent and privacy requirements.

Retention and choices

Information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, security and business records. Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable limits.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure. Private owner, tenant and internal CRM information is not intended for public indexing.
