Whether you have a client considering property management, offer a maintenance service, or are preparing homes for the rental market, choose the path below and send a short introduction. A brief email is enough to begin.

01

Realtors: Help your clients take the next step

Some clients need support after a purchase, while others are deciding whether to rent out a property they already own. If a client is exploring property management or tenant placement, an introduction to Capital Property can start that conversation.

In your first message, include your name, brokerage or business name, service area, and the type of support your client is considering. A general description of the property and expected timing is enough to begin.

Please get the property owner's consent before sharing their name, contact details, or other personal information. You can also give them the contact details below so they can reach out directly.

Contractors and trades: Introduce your services

Interested in being considered for rental property maintenance work? Capital Property welcomes introductions from contractors and trades who can explain what they do, where they work, and when they may be available.

Include your business name, primary contact, service area, type of work, and typical availability. Mention any scheduling limits that would help determine whether a future job is a suitable fit.

An introduction is an expression of interest. Any maintenance assignment would need to be reviewed and approved separately, with the scope, price, and timing agreed in writing before work begins. Please do not attach credential documents to your initial inquiry.

Builders and developers: Plan for rental use

If you are building rental units or considering a rental plan for new homes, get in touch to discuss property management or tenant placement needs.

Include your business name, project area, property type, approximate number of units, and anticipated availability. A short outline of the support you are looking for will help guide the discussion, whether the project is still being planned or approaching completion.

What happens next?

Capital Property will review your introduction for fit, service needs, and availability. Any next steps will be discussed directly. An inquiry creates no commitment, and any working arrangement must be confirmed in a written agreement.

Keep the first message brief. Do not send customer banking documents, identification, or tenant records.
